Ski & Ride Strength Conditioning Class

Get excited and physically fit for the 2017/18 winter season. Bolton Valley resort will be offering a 6 week ski & ride strength conditioning class starting in November. This class will focus on strength and conditioning that targets muscles to get you ready to achieve your very best this winter.

The class will be taught by BV local and fitness professional Colleen Perry. Colleen has been working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with clients for over 10 years in a variety of fitness modalities. She enjoys working with all levels of fitness from beginners to elite athletes. Colleen will encourage and motivate each participant to perform to their personal best while creating a safe and fun environment to accomplish this goal. The 60 minute class will meet twice a week for 6 consecutive weeks and be offered right at The Bolton Valley Nordic Center.

Class Dates: 11/5 - 12/12

Class Times: Sundays 4:00-5:00pm & Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm

Location: Bolton Valley Nordic Center - Class on occasion will be taught outside weather permitting so please dress accordingly.

Series Class Cost*: $140 for 6 week series that includes 12 classes and resistance band. (Must register by 10/25 in order to receive resistance band)

Drop-in Class Cost: $12

*Bonus: Series class cost includes your very own high quality performance resistance band. Learn to use the band during class to target all major muscles and than keep the band to add to your personal home fitness program.

What to Bring to Class: Please bring water bottle, sweat towel, yoga mat, and resistance band.
