Yoga On The Mountain
Flyway Yoga is conveniently located in the main base area at Bolton Valley offering yoga classes that range in style, from yoga for skiers and riders to restorative. Yoga is offered on weekends and Thursday evenings throughout the winter, and additional daily classes will be offered during holiday weekends and vacation weeks. All classes are open to the public, including kids ages 12 and older, and no prior experience is required. Class registration available online or drop-in.
Cost: $13, cash or credit. Drop-in welcome, preference given to preregistered students.

2017 Class Schedules
Classes open to students of all backgrounds; no previous experience required. ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED.
Bolton studio located near the main base lodge, to the left of the hotel entrance.
- All levels: Limber up before night skiing or conveniently squeeze in yoga before meeting friends for the evening or family dinner. Our all levels class is moderately paced and incorporates vinyasa yoga as well as attention to alignment and technique. Appropriate for beginners to advanced students.
- Skier and rider: Warm up before hitting the slopes or take time for yourself after dropping your kids at ski school. Our morning class focuses on poses that impact muscles needed to be successful on the snow. Appropriate for all students who want to build strength and increase flexibility.
- Candlelight: Relaxing atmosphere designed to sooth at the end of the weekend or day on the snow. Appropriate for all levels.
Bolton studio also available for private or group classes. “Ski and stretch” day at Bolton is a great winter activity for corporate or community groups.
