Our Practitioners

Shaina Levee, M.A. is a tai chi teacher, bodyworker and somatic therapist from Chicago. She received her masters in transpersonal psychology from Naropa University and has a private practice in Richmond, VT. She primarily works with pregnant and postpartum mothers and produces Birth Love Family Fest held during the summer on the mountain. She trains in Tai Chi Chuan with the Tung family in the Yang style and teaches locally. She developed and oversees Bolton Valley’s Village Wellness Center where she offers Cranial Sacral Therapy. 

Colleen Perry is a National Board Certified Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Practitioner with 16 years of experience. She has spent 10 of those years working in the top spas in Stowe, VT. She now works delivering spa quality sessions to clients in their own homes and at a competitive technology company’s wellness division offering massage and fitness to employees. In addition to massage, Colleen is a fitness instructor, personal trainer and yoga instructor who loves sharing her passion for movement and mindfulness. She is a mother of three and resides with her family in Bolton Valley, enjoying outdoor activities and adventure in every season.

Jeff Mandell, MS is a certified teacher in Yoga, AcroYoga, and Laughter Yoga and is a certified massage therapist. Jeff's yoga classes are a fun combination of yoga and human movement and are taught throughout Vermont and at regional festivals. His massage practice includes deep tissue, injury prevention/healing, and Thai shiatsu. Jeff skied at Bolton Valley as a child and continues to enjoy the mountains and its terrain as an adult.

Heather Newman has been practicing massage therapy for 8 years, is Board Certified in Medical Massage Therpay, Thai Massage, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone, Reiki 1& 2 and Aromatherapy. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Laughing River Yoga, and her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training through the Women's Room, both in Burlington, VT. She has learned deep tissue modalities, shiatsu techniques and myofascial healing methods, and incorporates these into her sessions. Heather lives and skis in Bolton Valley where she is raising her daughter.

Victoria Battin completed her massage therapy training through the Green Mountain School of Massage, and her undergraduate education at Bridgewater State College with a B.S. in Physical Education and Exercise Science Health/Wellness. She continues her training in Structural Reflexology and has a private practice in Waterbury. Victoria lived in Bolton Valley for many years and formerly managed the hotel. In her free time she loves being outdoors, marathon training, crafting, and spending time with loved ones.

Jennifer Kiel has been practicing massage since 2006. Her techniques include deep tissue, acupressure, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage. She is enrolled in a year long advanced training to become a Structural Energetic Therapist, which employs Cranial/Structural techniques combined with advanced soft tissue protocols for long term rehabilitation to restore balance, strength, and long term function in the body. Jennifer lives and skis in Bolton Valley. 

 

Melanie Giangreco studied at the American Academy of Reflexology, Seattle Reflexology and Massage Center. Her training involves structural reflexology; integrated foot, hand, and ear reflexology; and reflexology protocols for pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Melanie integrates reflexology into a broader view of the connections between human and environmental health to better serve her clients in promoting overall wellness. She has been in private practice since 2014 and works out of Richmond.

Melodie Fallon became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2012 after completing 780 hours at CT's Center for Massage Therapy. Since then she has completed trainings in Myo Fascia Release, Ayurvedic Bodywork, Cupping, Thai Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Hot Stone. Melodie completed her 200hr yoga training and has been teaching for 2 years. She is also a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist, through Klose training offering MLD to lymphedema, cancer, and post surgical patients. She has a private practice in South Burlington.

Sara Paton is an Ashtanga Yoga practitioner, yoga teacher, body worker, and owner at Om Studio in Montpelier, VT. She completed her undergraduate degree in the liberal arts from Johnson State College. A native Vermonter, her passions include outdoor activity, kirtan, and family. She resides and teaches in Montpelier.

 

Dr. Timothy Farrell has had a family chiropractic practice in Jericho, Vermont for over 20 years. He specializes in corrective spinal care and his main office is equipped with Digital X-ray, Computerized Diagnostics, and state of the art Deep Tissue laser Therapy. He is offering Chiropractic care at the satellite Bolton Valley location during the Winter 2017-2018 Season. Dr. Farrell has lived and skied in Bolton Valley since 2001 with his wife Wendy and three children Vivien, Ellis, and Zion.
