Class Cost: $15 per class, $14 for mountain residents and pass holders, $13 Age 65+  and College Students, $12 BV Employees

Regular Schedule

  • Tuesday Strength and Conditioning with Colleen, BV Nordic Center 6:00 - 7:00 pm
  • Thursday Vinyasa Yoga all levels with Colleen, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
  • Saturday Morning Yoga Flow all levels with Jeff, 9:30 - 10:30 am
  • Tai Chi: Tai chi is a simple movement flow that improves balance and circulation, strengthens legs and back, and improves memory. It is a graceful martial art form known for its numerous health benefits. Yang style tai chi, all ages and levels are welcome.
