Bolton Valley 5K to Benefit Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports

Bolton Valley is proud to host the 3rd Annual Bolton Valley 5K to benefit Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports. The 5k is an annual fun trail run at Bolton Valley Ski Area, where runners and walkers head out to make strides on the Bolton Nordic trails to raise money for adaptive sports programming and equipment.
Participants will receive a complimentary event t-shirt. Guaranteed availability will be limited to those who register before July 25.

Event Schedule
  • 7-8 am: Arrive to pick up your bib. Parking and Registration is in the lower parking lots near the Nordic Center. Registration and bib pick up is at the Bolton Valley Nordic Center.
  • 8:30 am Kids Fun Run
  • 9:00 am 5K start
  • 10:30 Awards and Raffle


  • Ages 18 and under: $20
  • Ages 19 and up: $30
  • Kids Fun Run (1K race for ages 8 and under): Free

The 5K trail run takes place on Bolton's Nordic Trails and is a scenic run that proceeds primarily through wooded trails with moderate up and down grades. Trails will range from groomed to muddy and semi-rocky terrain. The course stats and ends at the Nordic Center. The first leg is on Picnic and then it loops back by the Nordic Center and heads out to World Cup, Broadway, Telemark, Pika, Upper Maple Loop, Pond and back to the Nordic Center. About Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports
Vermont Adaptive is the largest nonprofit in the state of Vermont to provide daily, year-round sports and recreation to people with disabilities, with one of their winter locations at Bolton. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the non-profit.
