Yoga: All Levels Flow

Conveniently located next to the hotel in the main base area, yoga at Bolton Valley provides a great place to relax and take care of your mind and body. 

After morning classes, you can walk outside and hit the trails to explore the Green Mountains and summer wildflowers. In the evening, treat yourself to a local beer and dinner at either the James Moore Tavern of Fireside Flatbread, just steps away.

Summer Classes

  • Thursday: All Levels Flow and “Stretch and Sip” (5:30 – 6:30 pm)
  • Saturday: Morning Flow (9:00 – 10:00 am)

  • Drop-in: $13 ($9 for employees)
  • “Stretch and Sip” Thursdays: $15, which includes yoga plus a beer or wine at the Tavern after class ($11 for employees)
  • Five pack class passes are also available for $60

Class Description

All levels flow is moderately paced and incorporates vinyasa yoga as well as attention to alignment and technique. Class is appropriate for beginners to advanced students. The first Thursday of the month is a slower paced class focused on yoga fundamentals, which is a great introduction for beginners and a solid tune-up for regulars.

Morning flow is slower paced class that warms up major parts of the body – heart, arms, hips, and legs. You’ll leave feeling balanced and energized for a summer day.

Why go?

  • Yoga has many health benefits, including managing stress, building strength, and increasing limberness. Yoga is also relaxing and fun, and, for athletes, it’s a great way to stay in shape and cross-train.

What do you do in class?

  • Poses, stretches, and breathing exercises that encourage core engagement, postural alignment, and develop balance. Class ends with a relaxation exercise. 

What should I wear and bring?

  • Any type of alethic clothing (tights, shorts, tees or tanks). Water, a warm layer, a personal yoga mat and small towel are optional. Mats and equipment are included.
