Class Description

All levels flow is moderately paced and incorporates vinyasa yoga as well as attention to alignment and technique. Class is appropriate for beginners to advanced students. The first Thursday of the month is a slower paced class focused on yoga fundamentals, which is a great introduction for beginners and a solid tune-up for regulars.

Morning flow is a slower paced class that warms up major parts of the body, including arms, core, hips, and legs. You’ll leave feeling balanced and energized for a summer day.

Considering yoga for the first time? Here are answers to some common questions.

Why go?

  • Yoga has many health benefits, including managing stress, building strength, and increasing limberness. Yoga is also relaxing and fun, and, for athletes, it’s a great way to stay in shape and cross-train.

What do you do in class?

  • Poses, stretches, and breathing exercises that encourage core engagement, postural alignment, and develop balance. Class ends with a relaxation exercise.

What should I wear and bring?

  • Any type of alethic clothing (tights, shorts, tees or tanks). Water, a warm layer, a personal yoga mat and small towel are optional. Mats and equipment are included.
