THE ADVENTURE PICNIC
Get your team members working together like never before! Using specific networking games and initiatives, your group will have fun while getting to know each other on a whole new level. After our morning of teambuilding, we will provide you a lunch with several menu options. Group members also have the option to take part in afternoon recreational activities (tennis, volleyball, hiking, basketball, swimming, etc.) or just relax while enjoying our beautiful mountain environment.
GO TEAM GO!
This program is designed for groups that want to improve teamwork, cooperation, collaborative problem solving, and team spirit. Team members will be introduced to the concept of “we” thinking over “I” thinking. Through a series of exciting exercises and timed events, your team’s communication and problem-solving skills will be put to the test. As the program progresses, we will encourage your team to improve its performance and teamwork, while we increase the difficulty and complexity of the challenges. Following each activity, facilitated discussions will lead your group to gain deeper insight into your group’s cohesion, including how members related to one another. This program will address such skills as group problem solving, listening, setting challenging goals, and risk-taking. The activities that could be used for this program are Field Games, Initiatives, Challenge Course (Low and High Elements) and a wide range of other unforgettable experiences.
COMBINING FORCES
We begin this program with small groups working toward individual goals; however, as the program progresses, teams inevitably discover incentives for combining forces with other teams. The competitive small groups may be reluctant to join with others until they find that the goal may be reached only through the interaction and collaboration of everyone. Through activities and discussions, the result will be an overall experience which illustrates the importance of teamwork and how individual and small group competition can block or limit the success of the whole group.
