Dining

Bolton Valley offers a wide range of dining choices including pub fare, creative flatbread pizzas, a food court, our Sports Center snack bar, and a full-service deli. Catering services are also available through our Sales Department for large functions. Try the Deli for a bottle of wine and a cheese board to enjoy upon arrival. James Moore Tavern



Located on the top floor of the Base Lodge, our cozy Pub offers a great view, a warm fireplace, and live entertainment (on Thursdays and Saturdays.)  The bar serves a variety of 18 beers on tap--mostly local brews. Hoist a pint of Imperial Guinness, or sample our Moose Madness Ale. Chase away winter’s chill with a “Peppermint Patty” (Peppermint Schnapps mixed with Hot Chocolate.)  Try one of our signature soups, our in-demand VT local beef burger, or any of our ever evolving specials. The Tavern is open for food from 11am-9pm Sunday- Thursday and 11am-10pm Friday - Saturday all season long. The Bar is usually open at least an hour later than food service.

Fireside Flatbread
 

 Fireside Flatbread is closed for the 2012-13 Season.

Come in from the cold for Bolton Valley's well-loved wood-fired flatbreads--pizza as it should be! Stop in for lunch after a morning of hard skiing and watch your specially-prepared pizza cook inside our giant clay oven. Enjoy your flatbread with a pint of one of our local draft beers while you enjoy the laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere. Located upstairs in the base lodge, right across from the James Moore Tavern. Fireside is open Thursday from 4-10pm. Friday and Saturday from 11am - 11pm, and Sunday 11am-6pm. 

Enjoy fireside flatbread in you pajamas! Call ahead for take-out and head back to your room for your own private flatbread party.

Bolton Valley Deli & Grocery
 
Last minute supplies, cold beer, great sandwiches, baked goods, wine & cheese, Nantucket Nectars, Pepsi products, tobacco products and cold-cuts are just a few of the items available. The Deli is our hub: get the scoop over a hot cup of Green Mountain coffee or grab a snack. Call ahead, (802)-434-6817, to order wine & cheese or other supplies for your arrival. The deli is open Wednesday - Saturday from 8am - 8pm  and  Sunday - Tuesday from 8am - 5pm.

Waffle Cabin
 
Conveniently located slope-side of the base-lodge. This ski-in, ski-out eatery features some of the tastiest waffles you will ever have the pleasure of passing by your lips. The aroma draws you in for your first bite and the taste brings you back for more.

Sports Center Bar

 Conveniently located right in the Sports and Nordic Center. Enjoy snacks and hot drinks or a cold beer after a day of Nordic fun!
