Fall Hours for Season Pass & Lease Pickup

BV Sports will be open for season pass and lease pick up until we open for skiing and riding. 

Schedule:

  • Midweek: 12:00 noon - 6:00pm
  • Weekends: 10:00am - 4:00pm

We will continue printing passes in BV Sports until we open for the season. Once we are open for the season, BV Sports and Guest Services will be open from half an hour before the first lift opens until 15-30 minutes after the last lift closes. We plan to open for the season on Saturday, December 15th. 

BV Sports is located to the left of the main base lodge. 


Leased Equipment Pick Up Tips and Information


Note on sizes: We have a limited inventory on all lease equipment. We are no longer accepting orders for skis shorter than 100cm. This means we can only accommodate skiers approximately 46" and taller for new orders. For orders that have already been placed for skiers under 46" tall please call ahead (434-3444 x2020) to ensure we have the right size still in stock.
 
For those picking up their leased equipment, here are some tips to make your equipment fitting and pick up go smoothly:
  • Bring a pair of ski/snowboard socks with you to ensure the proper fit of your boots.
  • Arrive early for the best selection; some sizes (particularly in youth snowboards) are limited.
  • Don't be in a rush.  This will be your (or your child's) equipment for the entire season, so we want to take the time to ensure a great fit.
  • While you're here, you can pick up your season pass too.
  • Children under the age of 18 will need their parent or legal guardian to sign the liability release for the equipment.  Please be sure to accompany your children.
