Suspension of 2020 Winter Operations Due to Coronavirus Pandemic

At the close of operations today at 4pm on Sunday March 15, 2020, we intend to suspend resort wide operations for an undefined period of time. We will continuously re-evaluate when we can re-open and will do so as soon as we determine we can operate without putting our employees or the public at risk.  This suspension of operations includes lift operations, the Sports Center, hotel and all retail and food & beverage outlets.

This is obviously a very difficult decision with respect to our beloved guests and staff alike, but after much deliberation and discussion, we have concluded that it is the right decision in this uncertain time.

We are a small business, independently owned and operated by the DesLauriers family and a group of local investors. We consider our guests, employees and local community an extension of the Bolton Valley family. And it is with the safety, health and wellbeing of all these stakeholders in mind that we make this challenging decision.

We have been following along closely as the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on our daily lives continues to grow locally and globally, sometimes seemingly hour to hour. These are unprecedented times and though it pains us to not properly finish the season the way we would all hope to do so, rest assured we will back as soon as we possibly can be. Stay tuned for continued updates on that front.

We will continue to follow the lead and expertise of state and local health departments as the fast-changing realities continue to evolve and encourage you to do the same.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We CAN’T WAIT to see you around the mountain again soon!
