Ski & Ride Strength Conditioning Class

Bolton Valley resort will be offering a 6 week ski & ride strength conditioning class starting on Oct. 21 and running to Nov. 28. This class will focus on strength and conditioning that targets muscles to help you achieve your very best this winter on the slopes. Even if you are not a skier or rider come get physically fit and stronger in a positive and motivating environment.

The class will be taught by BV local and fitness professional Colleen Perry. Colleen has been working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor with clients for over 10 years in a variety of fitness modalities. She enjoys working with all levels of fitness from beginners to elite athletes. Colleen will encourage and motivate each participant to perform to their personal best while creating a safe and fun environment to accomplish this goal. The 60 minute class will meet twice a week (Sundays 4-5pm and Wednesdays 6-7pm) for 6 consecutive weeks and be offered right at The Bolton Valley Nordic Center.

Series Class Cost: $12 per class or sign up for all six weeks and 12 total classes for just $132

What to bring to class: Please bring water bottle, sweat towel, yoga mat and resistance band. If you do not have a resistance band we recommend you purchase the one found here. A good estimate is that women will want the red/medium & men the blue/heavy.
