Tuesday Evening Yoga, Mat Pilates, and willPower & Grace

Class Cost: $12 per class

Beginning in October we will be offering a rotating class schedule on Tuesdays which will include Yoga, Mat Pilates, and willPower & Grace. Following is a description of each class offered followed by the schedule.

Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa yoga is the practice of consciously linking the movement of the body to the movement of the breath. It is a great way to build strength, flexibility, and muscle tone. Class will incorporate a balanced flow of postures that align the structure of the body and condition every major muscle group. Prepare to have fun and deepen your practice physically and mentally. All levels are welcome.

Mat Pilates: A series of body weight movements performed on a yoga mat appropriate for all levels of fitness. Benefits are improved strength, coordination, balance, body awareness, posture and mobility of the entire body. 

willPower & Grace: This method combines alignment-based movements from pilates and yoga with strong, athletic calisthenics and dance principals; yielding safe, efficient workouts for students of all levels.
