Vermont Beer Pairing Pop-Up Series

Date: Jul 19 2018

Thursdays this summer and fall you can enjoy Vermont beer delightfully paired with dinner prepared using products from several local farms. This series runs from June 21 through October 11.

Vermont is home to some of the nation’s best craft breweries and farming is a tradition that goes back hundreds of years in this state. The working landscape in Vermont has allowed for many local, family owned farms to carve out a market to provide high quality meats and produce that goes directly from the farm to your table. The creativity of the craft brewers in Vermont has become nationally know and many of the brands can’t make enough beer to keep up with the growing demand.

Food will be sourced from Boyden family farms, Misty Knoll, Smith Family Farms, North Hollow Farm, Sugar Mountain Farm, Maple Wind Farm, Jericho Settlers Farm, Vermont Smoke and Cure, Vermont Butter and Cheese, Cabot, Sweet Abbey's, Bolton Apiary, Farm at YVCC, Farr's Farm, Mobbs Farm, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Adams Apples.

Schedule:

This weekly event will be held in the Village Café from 5-9pm and will consist of a four course meal and selected beer samplings for $45. Of course, if you'd prefer, you are welcome to order from the regular menu on any Thursday.
