4×4 Mountain Climb
Take your 4×4 up the mountain for a Vermont summer evening unlike any other.
Join Bolton Valley Resort for a guided sunset 4×4 adventure to the top of Vista. You’ll bring your own 4×4 and follow our guides from the base area up Class 3 and 4 mountain work roads, learning off-road techniques and getting a feel for your vehicle along the way.
Once you reach the summit, we’ll take a break to soak it all in. Climb the fire tower, snap some photos, take in the views, and hang out with fellow 4×4 enthusiasts before making your way back down the mountain.
Sunset Dinner Included
While you’re out exploring the mountain, we’ll be firing up the grill back at the base area for a private sunset dinner. Dinner includes:
- Burgers
- Marinated chicken breast sandwiches
- Tallow-fried kettle chips
- Garden salad
- Assorted seltzers
Local Vermont brews will also be available for purchase.

Meet: 5:30 PM in the Bolton Valley Base Area
Departure: 6 PM
Return: Approximately 7:30 PM
