Babe Force: Preseason Ski and Ride Prep

Join us for our 4-Week Ski and Board Winter Prep Series! These trainings are for all ability levels and led by one of our own BF members and Strength and Mobility Coach, Kate Kuzminski. We’re stoked to have her back this year and excited for her to share her knowledge on how to best prepare our joints, tendons and muscles for our upcoming Ski and Ride ’24-25 Season!
The series will alternate weekly between Wednesdays and Fridays, each session is 60-minutes and runs from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm ($15 per weekly session in advance, $20 day of)

Our goals during these four weeks will be to get our bodies stronger and more mobile so we can improve our performance on the mountain while mitigating the various injuries that can accompany skiing and snowboarding. Winter only comes once a year, so let’s do everything in our power to stay out on the mountain for as long as possible. These training sessions will include mobility and strength exercises that can benefit everyone, no matter your previous workout level experience or your hobbies of choice. Sure, this is aimed towards skiers and snowboarders, but anyone with a body who just wants to learn how to move better is more than welcome! And hey, it’s also the perfect place to meet some fellow riders before the season begins. Who doesn’t want more ski/ride buddies?
You do not need to attend every session for the workouts to be effective. Feel free to jump in when you can. Let’s get stronger together this winter!
