
Bolton Babe Force – Bushcraft Camp

Set in the beautiful mountains of northern Vermont at Bolton Valley Resort, this course is designed for women of any skill level. Whether you’ve never set up a tent before, or you are a seasoned outdoor enthusiast, this experience offers a perfect balance of skill-building, creativity, and experience-based confidence in nature. Whether you’re new to bushcraft or looking to expand your knowledge, this week-long experience provides a welcoming space to learn, create, and connect with like-minded women.
Join us for a unique, hands-on bushcraft experience designed for women who love the outdoors and want to blend traditional skills with creativity. This immersive, week-long course runs Monday through Friday and focuses on practical, functional skills while offering space for artistic expression and personal growth.
What You’ll Experience:
• Fire Starting – Learn bow drill, hand drill, flint and steel and methods to confidently start fires in any condition.
• Knife Skills – Practice safe and effective knife techniques for carving, crafting, and everyday bushcraft use.
• Basket Weaving & Natural Crafting – Create beautiful, functional baskets and other handmade items using natural locally harvested materials and traditional techniques.
• Plant Identification – Discover local plants, their uses, and how to ethically harvest them.
• Outdoor Cooking – Enjoy the opportunity to learn fire-cooking techniques and prepare meals over an open flame.
• Morning Yoga – Start each day with a grounding yoga session to enhance focus, mobility, strength and connection with nature.
• Spoon making – using the traditional coal burning method
Various other camp skills – including but not limited to; tent set up and takedown, tarp setups, camp maintenance
• And other skills – emergency survival skills, shelter construction, predator calls, deadfall traps, natural cordage, water bottle carriers, burn bowls, and more!
