POSTPONED: Ski The East Backyard Bash

3/16/22 Update:
Due to the forecast, Ski The East plans to re-schedule this event for later in March / early April, conditions permitting. The forecast has been going back and forth for this Saturday, but given the advance logistics/planning required to pull off an event like this, we decided to not risk it and look to re-schedule when there’s less risk of it not turning out the way we’d like it to. Stay tuned for a make-up date and keep those snow dances going – still a really good chance this Saturday is a great day on the mountain, thanks to us being the highest base area ski resort in Vermont.

Well, we tried to do this a couple of years ago, but it was canceled at the last minute as the pandemic spun up that very same week. Not be deterred, what do you say we actually make this happen this year?

What promises to be a special day on the mountain, with Daylight Savings the Sunday prior, we’re suddenly replete in sunlight with a 7pm sunset this night, some nice dusk skiing to follow and the LED night lights will be shining bright on the slopes until 10pm. But after midnight, we gonna let it all hang out…
