Well folks, peak foliage is finally here, and it won’t be around long! We have an abundance of yellows and oranges this year paired with gorgeous deep reds. Peak foliage is always such a delight if you get to witness the beauty in person. Come on up and enjoy the sea of rainbow taking over the valley and peaks that surround us up here at 2,100 feet.
With peak foliage here, you do not want to miss your chance to witness this amazing sight! We have our lift spinning 10 am-5 pm Friday- Sunday. Scenic lift rides are only $20 for a lift ride up AND down. So take in all the beauty without having to hike up or down, witness a 360 degrees view from the fire tower on top of Vista Peak, and the valley foliage leading all the way to Lake Champlain.
Plus while you are up here enjoy a meal or drink from the James Moore Tavern or a Creemee while you can still get them! If you arent in the mood for food or a nice sweet treat, maybe play a round of disc golf? While playing, you get a chance to see the leaves up close and from a different perspective as you are fully emerged within the forest. If none of those options interest you, maybe check out one of the various hikes we have around the mountain. Our personal favorite is Timberline Mid-Station, which is dog friendly too!
