No outside food, drink, dogs or coolers permitted in base area that afternoon.

This is a rain or shine event. While we hope to hold it outside on the lawn between the Tavern deck and the Vista Lift (spinning that day from 10am to 5pm if you’d like to take a scenic lift ride and/or go mountain biking before this tasty event) we certainly don’t control the weather. Boy oh boy do we wish we did! So…
Tickets are non refundable. If the forecast calls for rain, we may elect to move the event indoors.
Not to worry, plenty of space for a grand old time together. Exact location of rain date TBD, but could potentially be a mile down from the Main Base Area at the newly renovated Timberline Lodge, which just held it’s first wedding and would make for an absolutely gorgeous setting for this event, should we need to use it. We will identify the back-up rain location well in advance of the event and update this page accordingly.

Do you like lobster? Do you like Vermont craft beer? Do you like fun? Yeah, us too!

We’re back at it again with another High Country Lobster Boil right with our good friends at Zero Gravity Craft Brewery out of Burlington. As usual, we’ll be spreading out on the expansive tavern lawn and deck with live music, delicious food/bev, a beautiful mountain setting and good company.

Ticket prices include food*, live music and one drink** (**Zero Gravity beer, N/A beverage or qualifying house cider or wine – does not include cocktails/mocktails). Meal will be served family style, as in years past, and will be a delicious mix of lobster, shrimp, sausage, corn, and vegetables all mixed together – sorry, no substitutions! Everyone will be served the same food offering. There will be a cash bar at the event and drinks (beyond the first one that comes with your ticket) are not included with your ticket. Sorry, we will not be offering a children’s menu or discounted ticket for this event, though it is most certainly a kid friendly event! The only food that will be available to guests is the contents of the seafood boil and we will not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions for this special event. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

We are so thrilled to partner with our good friends at Zero Gravity for this great event. They joined us for the first seafood boil some 4 years ago and have joined us for at least one boil every summer since. We’re thinking it’s about high time we make this thing official and go ahead and get married to doing these things together all the time – they are the cheese to our ham, the spaghetti to our meatballs, the vase of water to our bouquet of flowers, the… well, you get the idea. It’s just more fun when we hang with their crew, so who’s ready to get down together? And, not for nothing, although we love all their beers, we particularly love when our boils line up nicely with the release of their special “comes-once-a-year” stalwart Strawberry Moon. If you haven’t yet had a Zero Gravity Strawberry Moon, we’re not super surprised as it comes and goes every summer pretty quickly due to very high demand. This Kettle Sour made with local organic strawberries (from Adam’s Berry Farm) is light, refreshing and wonderfully tart/sour. That said, we know sours aren’t everyone’s thing, so we’ll be sure to feature other beers from Zero Gravity as well as wine and full cocktail bar available for whatever strikes your fancy. Your ticket comes with your first round, but beyond that you’re on your own. There will be a cash bar at the event for all drinks (with credit cards accepted at the bar as well, of course).

Tickets are non refundable. Rain or shine event.
