Lindsay DesLauriers will oversee the day to day operations at Bolton Valley, with a particular focus on the management of annual budgets and long term planning and growth for the company.

“I am really excited that Lindsay will be joining our team at Bolton Valley.” said Ralph DesLauriers, President and CEO of Bolton Valley and Lindsay DesLauriers’ father. “Lindsay has excelled in her work at Main Street Alliance. Her leadership, networking skills, and numbers driven approach to management will be a huge benefit to Bolton Valley.”

Lindsay DesLauriers has spent the past decade working in public policy and is the founder and out-going State Director of the Main Street Alliance of Vermont, an organization that works with small business owners around Vermont on public policy issues. She brings a broad network of business and state relationships, management experience, and a life-long love of skiing at Bolton Valley to this new role.

“I’m so grateful to be in a position help Bolton Valley grow and thrive – and to ensure that another generation of Vermont families will continue to have access to the mountain they love.” said Lindsay.

“For a family resort like Bolton to keep trucking in the age of climate change and conglomerates is a big deal. We couldn’t be more committed to this mountain or this community.”

As a member of the ownership group that completed the purchase of the resort in April, Lindsay is acquainted with the operation and will be ready to hit the ground running. Since April, Lindsay has also managed the water and sewer company that provides service to the Resort and the residents, which she will continue to do moving forward.
