POND SKIM + DUAL SLALOM MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE.
Let’s send the ski season off the Bolton way with a party. It’s time for our annual Spring Thing!
Join us Saturday, March 28th for an afternoon of sunshine, splashes, costumes, and full-send energy featuring a classic Pond Skim and our on-snow Dual Slalom Mountain Bike Race. Yes, you read that right. Mountain bikers racing head-to-head… on snow. Yikes.
Competitors can register for Pond Skim, the Dual Slalom Mountain Bike Race, or both events if you’re brave enough. Expect big cheers, big splashes, and maybe a few gnarly wipeouts.
Both events require pre-registration online and are almost certain to sell out, so don’t wait. Spectators are definitely encouraged to come soak in the chaos. Costumes are highly encouraged, and the best ones might just take home a prize.
Registration does not include lift access. A valid lift ticket or season pass is required to participate.
There are 3 registration products to choose from. One for Pond Skim only, one for Mountain Bike Race only, and one to participate in both events… if you dare. T-shirt included in registration. One shirt per participant.
Event Schedule:
9am: Check in for pre-registered competitors
11am: Pond Skim Begins
1pm: Dual Slalom Mountain Bike Race start
2pm: Awards on Tavern Deck

Ages 12 and up, a lift ticket or season pass required.

Best Skim: Locals Season Pass for 2026/2027
Best Costume: Night Season Pass for 2026/2027
Best Splash: Triple Ticket for 2026/2027
Dual Slalom Mountain Bike Race info:
Ages 16 and up. Helmet required. A lift ticket or season pass required.
