Babe Force – Mountain Bike Training

Our 5th Week of Mountain Bike training will entail a technical clinic led by Bolton’s very own MTB Technician B! B will teach give us a rundown on the anatomy of a mountain bike, give us a demonstration of the proper safety check to perform on your bike before riding out, review simple bike maintenance like loading and unloading your bike, as well as storage and washing tips!

This clinic is for those of you who have never mountain biked all the way up to those who ride occasionally and would like a refresher. We’re extending this knowledge sharing session to Babe Force and friends so please join us as we empower each other to build knowledge and gain more confidence in our journeys to become more fearless riders out on the trails.
