*Snowskate Information: Snowskate Package includes Snowskate board, Helmet, and snowboard boots. We have a very limited number of Snowskates for rent, please DO NOT come up to Bolton Valley in hopes to rent only a Snowskate. We also do not have any kids sized Snowskates, a bigger kid could ride one of the snow skates we currently have but at the moment we only have large sizes. Snowskates are also not allowed on Snowflake, Mighty Mite, and Wilderness. Snowskates are also NOT allowed on Vista during weekends and Peak days.
Cancellation policy for Rental Products:
Guest Cancellation:
48 hours in advance:
- Full payment refund minus $10 processing fee per product, per day; or full in mountain credit
Less then 48 hours in advance:
- Mountain credit minus $10 processing fee per product, per day ($20 for lessons)
All guest cancellation requests must be made by 10 am of ticket start date
Weather and Grey Area Guidelines:
- Non-used ticket because we didn’t open: Mountain Credit or full refund if they cannot return
- Non-used ticket, but we were open or partially open: 50% mountain credit
- 1-2 runs used on ticket: 50% mountain credit
- 3 runs used on ticket: product used, no refund or credit issued
All weather cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ticket start date

- All rentals are good until lifts close on last day of rental.
- One Day rental good from open to close any day.
- Rentals sold before 3:50pm on days with night skiing pay One Day rate.
- Night Only rental good from 4pm on days with Night skiing.
- Full Ski Snowboard package includes boots, bindings, poles (Skiers only), and skis or snowboard.
- Partial package is just skis OR a snowboard
- Ski Boot only available at full package price
- Adults are 18 and over. Youth are 17 and under
