Drive & Pay Less. Ski & Ride More.
Local. Independent. Groovy.Lifts Return Friday, December 8
Two fabulous weekends of lift service are in the books and many more to come! No lift service this Monday to Thursday, but daily lift service begins this Friday.
Oh hey, guess what? The Bolton Snow Globe’s getting a good shake (again) right now. As of Sunday night, we’re at nearly 3 feet of snow in the last week at the upper elevations! We lost some snowpack in the mixed precipitation this weekend, but this current storm looks game for replenishing. Lifts may be on pause, but our Wilderness Designated Uphill Route will take you to some nice fresh, pow turns if you’re so inclined while Mountain Operations focuses on snowmaking this week to expand skiable terrain when we resume lift operations on Friday, December 8.
A friendly reminder that ALL SEASON PASS TYPES valid for all hours/days of lift service during the early season lift operations schedule and starting Friday we’ll offer daily lift service for the rest of the season with night skiing and riding beginning Tuesday, 12/19.
Join Our Squad
We’ve found lunch breaks are a lot more tasty when you eat your sandwich on the lift ride up and pow on the way down. Like any other year, we add a lot of new folks to our team in November and December – whether you’re looking for part time, full time, seasonal or year round positions, we have an opening for you!

Slopeside Lodging With Soul
Smaller, but radder…
Incredible price aside, there are so many good reasons to stay with us… for starters, staying here (just off I-89 between Burlington and Stowe) means you can park your car on Thursday and dig out on Monday. We have everything you need just a few short steps from your room in our small main base area, including:
– indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and Sports Center with poolside lounge with billiards, ping pong, foosball, and more games fun for the whole family. Or kick your feet up and watch the game while the family swims/plays. It’s all good, we got you!
– several dining options, including the James Moore Tavern, Fireside Flatbread, Village Café (under the clocktower serving breakfast this winter), Miso Toh Khome and more!
– night skiing & riding until 10pm Tuesday to Saturday night under our LED lights, which means a short walk down your hallway to the best slopeside après scene around with live music Wednesday and Saturday evenings (music hall will be set up across the entryway from the tavern in the Fireside Dining Room)
– oh yeah, the lifts… just a VERY short walk away from your room (and just out your windows)!

Know Before You Go
You know the drill… things can change quickly up here at the highest base area ski resort elevation in the state of Vermont, especially in the early season. Per usual there have already been several days in November where nearby Burlington got rain while we saw snowfall here in the Bolton Snow Globe. So… the daily snow report page is THE place to get the latest intel on trails, lifts and conditions on the mountain. We do our best to keep it up-to-the-minute when patrol is dropping ropes and/or we’re eying an approaching storm, so go ahead and make friends with the refresh button on the page below and we’ll do our best to keep you in the know… before you go…
Tennis (or Pickleball) Anyone?
Courts are ready for ya and if we do so ourselves, quite nice.
For now, give the Sports Center a call if you’d like to play and no doubt they can get you out there. We’ll have the online booking portal live for you shortly here as well as some rentals for folks that wanna give it a try, cuz… you know… that’s kind of our thing.
