16″ of Fresh Snow
With 16″ of fresh snowfall since Sunday evening, the hooting and hollering has reached a fever pitch up here at the mountain. Be on the lookout for ropes dropping and expanding terrain in the coming days as we try to catch up to what just happened. Gotta love winter in Vermont for all her fickleness, but hopefully you’re as excited as we are to get out and play in the fresh snow!

New Year, New You!
Do your New Year’s resolutions include things like:
– learning new things
– staying safe and healthy
– more joy and time with friends and family doing fun things
– learning new things or helping others find something new that excites them
– doing more activities that positively affect your physical and mental health
Well, we got you and lessons, too!
We Are FamilyIndependent Spirit
Chances are, if you learned how to ski in Northern Vermont, you learned at Bolton Valley. Ralph DesLauriers founded Bolton Valley in 1966 with the vision of making skiing accessible for everyone in Vermont. And 50+ years later that vision continues to evolve under the next generation of DesLauriers leadership. Watch Story Time with Ralph and reminisce a bit – noone said building a ski resort was easy! – or tap into our President’s latest thinking with Letters From Lindsay.
Whether celebrating all the good times that got us here or all the exciting growth that is to come, you’re always welcome here!
Season Long Lessons & Lease Equipment
Bolton Valley’s season-long lessons program are structured for families who choose to ski or ride weekly – with weekly programming Thursday, Saturday and/or Sunday. The program’s primary focus is on building a strong fundamental base to help participants enjoy a lifetime of skiing progressing to more advanced skiing and riding via our Freeride Teams and Backcountry Ninjas. But no matter what the age or ability level, the goal is to foster a life-long love of skiing and riding as a sport, a source of family fun, and a source of individual challenge and reward. But don’t delay, some groupings are already sold out and the rest are selling quick!
Whether young, old, beginner, advanced or somewhere in between, we have the gear for you! Top of the line season leases for alpine skiing and riding OR lease backcountry A/T ski or splitboard setup (while they last!). When you lease from us, you can use it anywhere, but when skiing/riding here enjoy same day service on site, just steps from the lifts (or ski right to the shop) in case you need a re-fit, re-wax or are experiencing some technical issue. Sure beast schlepping your gear off the hill and missing out on the rest of a great day! Not only that, our prices are cheaper than most area shops… just the facts, ma’am…
