Mountain Bike Lessons

Bolton Valley’s trained instructors and coaches offer a wide assortment of group and private lessons, programs and camps to suit all ages and ability levels. Whether ready to load lifts and charge our intermediate to advanced network of lift serviced downhill mountain bike trails or learning the basics in our progression zone, taking a lesson is the best way to get the most from your day.

Friendly reminder: for summer 2021, our lifts serve intermediate to advanced terrain only. Therefore introductory/beginner lessons will not ride the lift and will be conducted in our Progression Zone by the Sports Center.

Lessons will be bookable starting in June
