ALL RENTAL SALES ARE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL NEED A PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO SIGN THE BOLTON VALLEY RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM IN ORDER TO RENT ANY EQUIPMENT.
· Equipment is dispensed to you free of excess stickers and markings, fully tuned and waxed, and with no major dings, dents, or blemishes, unless specified on the bottom of this agreement.
· Equipment is to be returned in the same condition that it was dispensed to you, with normal wear and tear determined by the rental shop staff after the equipment is returned.
· Repair charges for excessive wear, damage, or sticker removal, will be taken after the equipment is returned.
· An Equipment Damage Waiver was offered to you for $20 at the time of purchase and covers only damage to the product; the EDW does not cover loss or theft.
· The equipment is yours for the season to bring home and use at any time and at any mountain.
· The equipment must be returned to BV Sports by closing time on Sunday, April 12, 2026, or Bolton Valley Resort’s last day of the season, whichever is later. If you wish to keep the equipment to use at another mountain after the Bolton Valley Resort closes for the season, please contact the rental shop before BV’s closing day.
· If the product has not been returned and we have not been contacted by you advising us otherwise, you will be charged a $20 Late Fee.
· If you do not return the equipment by May 1, 2026, you will be charged for the full replacement of the product.
