Inn at Bolton Valley Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Payment terms
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
• The remaining balance will automatically be charged within 24 hours prior to arrival to the card used to make the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
• 7+ days before check-in: Cancellations made seven (7) or more days before the check in date will receive a full refund of the deposit
• 1-6 days before check-in: Cancellations made one (1) to six (6) days prior to the check in date will forfeit the 50% deposit. The remaining balance will not be charged.
• Day of arrival: Cancellations made on the day of scheduled check-in will be charged 100% of the reservation value with no refund.
Date Changes and Reschedule Policy:
• 7 + days before check-in: Changes to dates/unit type or full reschedules are permitted.
• 1-6 days before check-in: Full reschedules will forfeit the 50% deposit. Shortening a stay will forfeit 50% value of the days dropped.
• Day of arrival or once checked-in: Change requests on the day of arrival or early departures once checked in-will not be refunded.
No-Show Policy:
• Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged 100% of the reservation value with no refund.
• Occasionally the Inn will run promotions that are designated as “Non-Refundable”. 100%of the value of the reservation is charged upon booking. Reservations made under non-refundable rates for special promotions cannot be canceled or modified. These rates are not permitted to be rescheduled or credited for any reason in any time frame; any cancellation will result in a forfeit of 100% of the reservation value with no refund.
Inn at Bolton Valley Room Policies
Arrival and Departure
Check-in time begins at 4pm for hotel rooms and 5pm for suites. Check-out time is 10am for all units. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be honored when available but cannot be guaranteed. Please call ahead in the morning before arriving to inquire about availability. We will be happy to provide a parking pass and access to the Rec Center should you arrive before you room is ready.
Rollaway and Pack and Play beds
Rollaway beds are available in some units on a first-come first-served basis but cannot be guaranteed ahead of time. If available, a $30/night charge will be applied to the reservation. Pack and play beds are also available and are complimentary.
Pets
Pets or emotional support animals are not allowed at the Inn under any circumstances. Only service animals are permitted as defined by the ADA guidelines.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not permitted indoors or on decks and balconies. Violations are subject to fines of up to $400 per occurrence.
Incidentals & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or hotel property during their stay. Guests will be notified of any damage and associated charges within 72 hours of check-out and charges will be applied to the card on file.
