BLT Community Day #2 with Balance Bikes, Ben & Jerry’s, Bluebird Whip-off, + Sports Center Open House with Pool Party & DJ Satta Sound

Join us for the 2nd installment of Bolton Local Tour Community Days (occurring the 3rd Saturday of each month). Rain or shine!

At this installment, we’ll have a balance bike obstacle course set up down by the Sports Center (in the Progression Zone or inside the Sports Center if rain) with support from our good friends at Ben & Jerry’s to make everyone who participated feel like a winner! We’ll be focused on family friendly fun for everyone down at the outdoor pool with local vendors helping us celebrate a summer day in the Green Mountains together. Then in the afternoon we’ll be having a good old fashioned Whipoff in the middle section (currently closed) of Bluebird Trail. Stay tuned for more details as we get a little closer, but here’s a rough outline of timing:

9:30am: Registration Opens for Balance Bike fun (down in Progression Zone, by Sports Center)
10am: Strider/Balance Bike “Race” begins with Ben & Jerry’s to follow
11am: Pool Party & Vendor Village with Sun Camps led trail walk and more TBA
1pm-3pm: Whip Off begins (current plan for contest: mid section of Bluebird trail in downhill mountain bike park).

3:30pm: Results announced at main base lodge/lounge.

Pool party all afternoon/evening (free Sports Center access)

6-9pm: DJ Satta Sound at Sports Center (free)
