Jake Blauvelt and the Waterbury Skatepark Project (WSP) brings you an opportunity to help raise some $$$ for the WSP that’s building a state-of-the-art concrete skatepark in downtown Waterbury, Vermont!

The WSP is committed to creating a state-of-the-art concrete skatepark in downtown Waterbury, Vermont. The park will be designed and constructed with meticulous attention to detail to optimize accessibility, safety and fun. With that in mind, the WSP is committed to engaging the Waterbury community in the fundraising, construction and management process to guarantee measurable successful outcomes for everyone involved. The WSP will create a positive, safe environment for users and families to attract them to Waterbury, to have a positive impact on the recreation economy for years to come.

Blauvelt’s Banks 2022 was the first event to raise funds and awareness about the new Waterbury Skatepark project. The event consisted of a banked slalom snowboard and snowskate race at Bolton Valley Resort. All the proceeds of the event were donated to the new skatepark. The event raised over $11,000 and was a great start building momentum for moving forward with the new park.
