Women’s Sunday MTB Group Clinics

Join us on Sunday’s for our Women’s Mountain Bike Clinics. We will offer two sessions (running 2-2.5 hours each) of these group clinics each Sunday with Bolton Babe Force Coach Jasmine. Clinics offered for $54, but a lift ticket (or season pass) is also required. After selecting your session (morning beginner or afternoon intermediate) you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade your registration to also include a half day lift ticket and half day mountain bike rental (with pads/helmet) for just $99 total (a $275 value).
Choose the Sunday small group women’s clinic that’s right for you:
1. 10am Intro Level Clinic – for those new to mountain biking.
- Learn basic riding how-tos including balance, shifting, and controlling speed with proper technique. Our expert coaches will also introduce riding protocol and safety. This is a great starting place for those who know how to ride a bike but have not spent much time biking on dirt.
- The lesson’s goal is to become more comfortable with basic skills when riding on dirt and going over small beginner features
- 101 Lessons will start at the Base Lounge Flats, where our coaches will run over the basics of Mountain Biking safety, braking, body position, and technique before loading Vista lift and heading to our flagship Gravity Logic built GREEN TRAIL Ebascootcha. Lift ticket required.
2. 1:30pm Intermediate Level Clinic – for those that have been riding mountain bike trails, but are looking to progress and/or get comforatble with Bolton Valley’s lift service downhill bike park.
- In this clinic, you will learn how to build upon the basic skills, such as navigating sharp corners and riding on loose dirt. This lesson is aimed at intermediate riders who are new to Bolton Valley terrain but confident on dirt trails.
- The lesson’s goal is to do one lift ride up and then get down the mountain safely.
- Required but not included: Full suspension bike, protective equipment (full face helmet, gloves, eyewear, elbow pads, knee/lower leg guards)
- Not intended for Black Diamond Level riders, who should instead book a private lesson
